NEARLY THERE: ONE LAST PUSH

Posted on: Mon 22 Feb 2010

The Hatters are looking for more volunteers to help clear the last remaining snow and ice out of the ground on Saturday morning.

The first team squad, Richard Money, members of the youth team, supporters and volunteers have cleared the pitch of snow but now the Town are looking for helpers to assist the groundstaff clear snow from emergency exits, gangways and from around the pitch to ensure that the game with Salisbury City on Saturday can go ahead.

Supporters willing to help should report to the club's main entrance in Maple Road at 9am and, if possible, bring a wheelbarrow and shovel to help with the last push.

The Club would also like to once again thank those fans who have already assisted the groundstaff in clearing snow off the pitch over the course of this week.
