Steve Basham (calf), Mark Tyler (back) and Keith Keane (groin) will all be assessed in the next 36 hours ahead of the FA Cup first round replay at Spotland.

Freddie Murray is definitely out of the televised cup tie as his fifth booking against Dale on Saturday means he serves a one-game suspension.

However, there is more positive news for Money's men, as captain Kevin Nicholls has overcome a hip injury and is added to the squad.

In his pre-match press conference the Town boss also revealed Ed Asafu-Adjaye is in contention to start after ilness limited the defender to a place on the bench on Saturday.

Long-term casualty Liam Hatch will have an operation on his ankle on Wednesday and should be back in the New Year while Lewis Emanuel is getting closer to full fitness following a broken toe.
