POST MATCH: Remember to keep it lutontown.co.uk to hear what manager Mick Harford had to say and for match action from club photographer Gareth Owen.

90 mins - FULL TIME - It's all over here at Kenilworth Road as the Hatters lose for the first time in pre-season, losing to a well-worked goal from Jonathan Douglas on 58 minutes.

90 mins - The fourth official indicates we've got two additional minutes to play and two minutes for the Hatters to find an equaliser.

87 mins - More good skill from McNamee sets-up the goalscorer Douglas but his shot from 25 yards sails harmless over the crossbar.

85 mins - Great chance for the Town to level. Gnakpa does well to drive down the right flank to cross for Gallen whose goalbound header at the near post is somehow deflected over the crossbar by Jerel Ifil. I'm not sure how much the Swindon defender knew about that one.

80 mins - Another opportunity for the visitors goes begging. Jean-Francois crosses from the left and O'Brien slides to try and meet the ball on the penalty spot but can't meet the ball to guide it goalwards.

77 mins - Chance for Swindon. Substitute Anthony McNamee cuts inside from the left and skips past Asafu-Adjaye. He then hits a shot goalwards that is headed over by Roper.

75 mins - The attendance has just been given to me. 1,524 including 39 from Swindon.

73 mins - It's pretty grim out there. The rain is swirling around Kenilworth Road and the ball is skidding off the greasy turf.

72 mins - A further three changes from Mick. Burgess, Pilkington and White come off for Adam Watkins, George Beavan and Ian Roper.

71 mins - From a flighted free-kick from Nicholls, Keane heads wide at the back post. He's unhappy with that effort.

65 mins - Three changes from Mick. Kevin Gallen, Lewis Emanuel and Claude Gnakpa are on for Craddock, Howells and Newton.

64 mins - That's even closer from Nico. He booms a volley agonisingly wide of Lucas' left-hand post from the edge of the area after Swindon had failed to deal with Talbot's deep cross from the right that was knocked-down by Burgess.

63 mins - Talbot tries his luck this time for Town but can only sky his effort high and wide of Lucas' goal after interplay between Nicholls and Craddock. The ball initially got stuck in his feet.

60 mins - It's almost one-apiece but Swindon are indebted to Lucas for turning Burgess' shot around the post after the Town winger had been found by Talbot.

58 mins - GOAL! GOAL! Hatters 0-1 SWINDON The Hatters are no so lucky this time as Swindon take the lead with a lovely well-worked goal that brings applause from the home faithful. Douglas exchanges passes with Macklin with a deft flick before firing past Tyler.

57 mins - Close shave for the Hatters as Macklin does well to skip past Pilkington and drive a shot goalwards. Tyler is at full stretch, diving to his right but can't get a glove on it. Thankfully for the Town the ball whistles inches past the post.

55 mins - Another lull in proceedings with Swindon marginally on top. Howells does well to avert the danger with a defensive header to deny O'Brien getting onto McGovern's left-wing cross.

50 mins - Another chance for Town and this time it's Burgess who smashes a well-kit shot from the edge of the Swindon penalty area straight into the arms of Lucas. He caught that so sweetly.

48 mins - First chance of the half falls to the Hatters' skipper. Keane nods the ball to his left to find Nicholls who lets fly with a left-foot shot from 20 yard but the thumping goes wide.

46 mins - The second half is underway and Mick Harford's made two changes to personnel at the break. Ed Asafu-Adjaye comes on to replace Hall and Drew Talbot's on for Hatch.

Facebook and twitter updates:

Thanks for your messages on Facebook and Twitter. A big hello to Geoff Sharp and all the other expat fans in Spain, we're very happy to hear from you.

Zeaus is hoping we beat Swindon for some bragging rights with some of his mates, and Helen Foster is looking for Luton fans around Newport Pagnell. And finally, David Alexander [@stopsleyvicar] has been helping spread the word of LTFC on twitter. We'll check the sites again at full time so keep the messages coming in.

HALF TIME: Referee McLaughin signals the end of the first 45 minutes and the Town have had the better of the possession and chances but it remains all square.

45 mins - The ball is in the Swindon net but it's not going to count as Craddock is denied by the flag of the linesman. He orignally runs on to Hatch's flick-on and beats Kevin Amankwaah. He squares it to Burgess who sees his shot block but as the ball runs loose and Craddock delightful clips the ball home the striker is frustrated to see the flag go up. It would have been a delight.

44 mins - It's not really a chance but as not much as happened I better tell you about it. McGovern clips a free-kick to the back-post which Paynter can't get to it.

42 mins - Another easy catch for Tyler as O'Brien tries his luck from distance and moments later the Town keeper collects McGovern cross from the left.

38 mins - Alan White has looked a commanding presence at the heart of the Hatters defence and he does well to sheppard the ball behind for a goal-kick as Swindon striker Lloyd Macklin pressed.

33 mins - Let off for Swindon as Kennedy's weak header presents Newton with a chance. After a few quick step-overs the Town winger gets a left-foot shot away but it lacks the power and it's comfortable for Lucas.

32 mins - A terrific pass by Kennedy sets McGovern scampering down the Swindon left but the Swindon man's cross-cum-shot is comfortably held by Tyler.

31 mins - Swindon keeper Lucas is again alert when quick to pounce on the loose ball to deny Craddock a chance. Nicholls' free-kick isn't cleared, the ball pops to George Pilkington but the defender's pass is soon snaffled by Lucas.

29 mins - Craddock gets a run at the Swindon goal but is forced to shoot well over the bar under pressure from Gordon Greer.

26 mins - It's been a quiet affair so far, there's no doubt about that, but the play from the Hatters has been a pleasure to watch so far. This time quick and inventive play between Jake Howells, Nicholls and Craddock almost presents an opportunity but Swindon snuff the danger.

18 mins - The Town come closer to forcing home the opening goal when Craddock forces a sprawling save from Lucas after receiving a superb pass down the left-hand channel from Nicholls.  Moments later tenacious play from Asa Hall and Liam Hatch results in Hall winning a free-kick just outside the penalty area but Burgess can only curl the ball over the crossbar. Encouraging play.

16 mins - Paynter threatens again for the Robins as he tries his luck from 18 yards but Alan White does well to get in front and block the shot.

11 mins - It's been a relatively quiet last seven minutes here at Kenilworth Road but Mark Tyler gets the chance to show the Kenilworth Road crowd his ability to come for cross with a great jump to catch Callum Kennedy's inswinging free-kick from the left.

4 mins - Swindon come forward for the first time and come close themselves. Jon-Paul Govern's cross from the left is too deep but picked up by Alan O'Brien down the left flank. The winger crosses to the past post for Billy Paynter and the big forward nods the ball just wide of Tyler's left-hand post. Close.

4 mins - From the resulting Kevin Nicholls corner, Swindon fail to clear the ball which falls to Asa Hall who takes the ball on his chest and fires the ball goalwards from 18 yards. To the Robins' relief Jean-Francois is there to block the shot.

3 mins - Craddock - profilic in Devon - comes closer to scoring this time when his curling left-foot drive has to be palmed over the crossbar by Swindon stopper David Lucas.

1 min - Chance early doors for the Hatters. Burgess delivers a cross from the left and Craddock gets close to the ball which is turned behind Swindon's Lescinal Jean-Francois.

19:49 - Referee McLauglin gets the action under way, albeit four minutes late and the new scoreboard above the Oak Road goal ticks into action for the first time.

19:46 - The two sides are out in the pitch a minute late. The Town are all in white, Swindon all in red as Hatters players are put through a short  running drill by First Team Coach Alan Neilson. Former Hatters' player and now Swindon boss Danny Wilson gets a warm reception from the crowd.
