Please note - The on-line ticketing system will log you out after 30 minutes if you have not completed the transaction.  Therefore please read these instructions carefully and ensure that you have all the necessary information to hand before starting the process.

ACTIVATING YOUR ACCOUNT

Season Ticket Holders

· Click on the "Activate Season Ticket" link, and enter your membership number (client reference number on the printed card in your season ticket booklet) and your surname.

· You will then be taken to a page to clarify your personal details and you must set up an email and password for future access.

Non Season Ticket Holders

· Click on the "Register Here" link and enter your personal details. You will need to set up a e-mail address and password so that you are able to log in and buy tickets from 16th March 2009.

BUYING TICKETS

· Once you have logged in, click the "buy" link against "Johnstone's Paint Trophy Final" and select the amount of tickets your require in each specific price band.

· Click "Add to Basket"

· Against each individual ticket click "Assign"

· Click "Register New Member"

· Against each individual you will need to provide name, DOB and address details (all marked with *). You are not required to enter a password for each individual guest.

· Repeat the above 3 steps for each individual.

· If you wish to buy tickets for any other games or any merchandise click "Continue Shopping".

· If not click "Check Out"

PAYING

· Enter your card details.

· Select either delivery or collection from ticket office.

· Tick the terms and conditions box.

· Click "Complete Purchase"
