Coca-Cola Championship side Norwich City have completed the signing of Luton midfielder David Bell for a fee in the region of £600,000.

David made 89 appearances for the Hatters scoring 9 goals.

The former Rushden & Diamonds player spent the end of last season on loan at Leicester City.

Manager Mick Harford said "We need to reduce our numbers and releasing David gives us an opportunity to continue our squad regeneration programme. David made it perfectly clear to me that he didn't see his future at this club and we need players at Luton Town who are committed and not afraid of the challenge ahead of them. "
