LUTON LEGENDS 2-1 ARSENAL PRO-CELEBRITY
The Luton Legends squad rounded up a successful day with a 2-1 victory over the Arsenal Pro-Celebrity team.
Arsenal took the lead on 12 minutes when Giles Alderson tapped a loose ball in at the far post.
However, in true fairytale fashion, the Legends pulled back in the 15th minute when a Mitchell Thomas cross allowed Mark Stein to curl the ball home.
With just nine minutes left on the clock, the Hatters were awarded a penalty.
John Dreyer stepped up to the spot but fired his shot straight at the keeper.
Vince Bartram tried to push the ball clear, but luckily for the Hatters, it fell straight into the path of David Oldfield, whose shot found the back of the net.
