FROM BOTH CAMPS:
Richard Money: "Hayes score a lot and they concede a lot which suggests it will be an open game. They try and play football and on their day - like everyone else in this league - they can be dangerous. They've had some mixed results recently but no doubt they will raise their game against us. It's not an easy place to go that's for sure. But from what I saw at Mansfield I'm quietly confident we can go there and do well."
Hayes boss Garry Haylock: "I don't think you ever get rid of the faults totally. You have to be vigilant for 96 minutes or whatever it is, because you make a mistake against teams like Rushden and Luton and you will get punished. Last Saturday was probably one of the best defensive performances we've put in - even though a mistake cost a goal at the end - and it's the kind of performance we need. We just need to put in that tiny bit extra."
Hayes goalkeeper Clarke Masters: "We will be up against it as we have a small squad and they have a lot of good players. The first 10 minutes will be massively important for us, but if we start right and win our individual battles by doing the the ugly things right then we can get something out of the game."
TEAM NEWS:
Hatters: The Hatters will still be without captain Kevin Nicholls once again after suffering a knock to his knee in the 2-1 defeat to Crawley last Saturday. He is will have an operation next Friday. Nico joins Lewis Emanuel and Ryan Charles as the other senior players unavailable to Town boss Richard Money with both rated doubtful to play any part in the rest of the campaign as try and overcome toe and knee injuries respectively.
Hayes & Yeading: Manager Garry Haylock will hand a late fitness test to Danny Allen-Page as the defender looks to overcome a groin problem. Goalkeeper Clark Masters has recovered from the knock which forced him off against Mansfield last Saturday but leading scorer Scott Fitzgerald is rated as 50-50.
