ENGLAND 15/4 TO BEAT ALGERIA 2-0

Posted on: Thu 17 Jun 2010

Impressed by England's opener against USA? No, neither were we, although you've got to fancy them to get their campaign back on track against Algeria (kick off 7.30pm).

Only a will do and that's predictably a short price with bet365 at 1/4 (you need to put £100 on to win £25, plus your stake back). If that's too short for you, then England to win to nil is more attractively priced at 8/13 (£13 on to win £8).

Still too short? Algeria fall firmly into the minnows category but they did hold Slovenia for 79 minutes and might frustrate England until at least half-time. In which case, the half-time draw at 11/8 is worth considering, or even the draw half-time / England full-time double result at 11/5.

Surely, England will find a way through at some stage and bet365 go 7/1 that Steven Gerrard opens the scoring, like he did against USA, and 11/5 that he scores at any time. If you are chasing bigger odds, then try a Scorecast bet on the Liverpool striker to score first and England to win 2-0 at 18/1 - click here for other combinations.

Can't make up your mind before the game? No problem as bet365 will be betting in-play on up to 52 markets, including Total Corners, Total Cards and Final Score.

And, if you haven't yet registered with bet365, you could be betting on the game for free thanks to their fantastic 100% Deposit Bonus which entitles you to up to £200 in free bets.
