Back to winning ways at Barrow on Saturday, attention turns to the Town's biggest home game of the campaign so far as league leaders Oxford United roll into Kenilworth Road tonight.

The U's have had a barnstorming season while, if the truth be told, the Hatters have yet to hit first gear.

But the tide is turning...and a victory for the Town this evening would...well, let's not get too carried away just yet.

The thing is at the minute it seems the Hatters would rather play away from home every week given their incredible run of six wins and a draw from their last seven games on the road as well as keeping six successive clean sheets in the process.

Tonight gives Richard Money's men the chance to put home their indifferent home form - that has them lose four times in front of the Kenilworth Road faithful including last time out against Ebbsfleet - well and truly behind them.

The Ebbsfleet result was a right royal kick in the teeth but with the stakes higher this evening, can the Town players rise to occasion and send out a massive statement of intent to the rest of the division?

Big games always see plenty of betting activity and tonight's game is sure to be no different.

Our official bookmaker bet365 have seen a flood of money for the Hatters to do exactly that.

On Monday both sides were available to back at 6/4 but fast-forward 24 hours and the Town are now an 11/8 chance while the U's have drifted to 2/1.

If you fancy a bet this tonight then you are spoilt for choice: there are 24 different markets and hundreds off individual odds to choose from.

Backers of both teams will rarely get the chance to back their side at such high odds against all season with either side almost always an odds-on shot when playing at home and just as short odds against when going away from home.

As always there is a plethora of punts available to fans who fancy a flutter on the Hatters' tonight.

So first things first. How about the correct score? How about 2-0 to the Town? That's a very decent 9/1 shot in our eyes.

Ok, so how about on the goal front. How about Liam Hatch...again? Back in the side, fit and injury free, he scored two games running since his return to the Hatters side. He's 13/2 to score the first or indeed the last goal against the U's. Not bad in our book, considering he was a shorter price - at 6/1 - to net at Barrow on Saturday...If that doesn't float your boat then what about captain Kevin Nicholls? Nico has yet to score since his return to the club in the Summer of 2008. A big game player - he showed that against Scunthorpe in the JPT - he's a 12/1 chance to score the first or last goal tonight. Would you bet against that happening?

Or, how about chancing your arm with a scorecast? What about Janos Kovacs - he scored on his debut at Histon and poses a huge threat from set pieces - so how about him doing it again against the U's? So what about Janos to score first and the Town to win 2-0? Could it happen? bet365 believe that's a 105/1 shot! Is that worth a few quid, or even a few pence even? Does that represent good value in your eyes?
