The bookmakers only released their odds a few weeks ago but already the Hatters' odds on lifting the Conference title have been cut by bet365.

With four new signings arriving at Kenilworth Road over past three weeks the Town remain favourites but have been backed into 3/1 from 100/30.

Elsewhere Conference Sponsors, Blue Square, originally gave Mick Harford's men a 4/1 quote but, following steady support from punters, they too price the Hatters at 3/1.

There has been money for two other sides in the division. Strong support for second favourites Oxford have seen Chris Wilder's side backed into 4/1 from 9/2 while local rivals Stevenage have been cut to 9/1 from 10s.

Drifters in the market include Wrexham (12/1 from 11/1) and last season's play-off semi-finalists Histon (28/1 from 20s).
