Saturday morning deluge puts pay to another game
Despite the best efforts of the groundstaff the Hatters’ Skrill Premier fixture against Tamworth has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
A downpour whilst the 10am pitch inspection was taking place left the referee in no doubt that the pitch was not in a suitable condition for football.
A new date will be scheduled in due course.
