Boss and striker win monthly league gong
Manager John Still and striker Paul Benson have won the Skrill manager and player of the month awards respectively for December.
The Town shot to the top of the table with a run of six successive wins which was crowned by Saturday’s 6-0 victory over Kidderminster.
The Hatters won four of the six games in the Skrill Premier and also beat Staines and Wrexham in the FA Trophy. The Town scored 21 goals and conceded just three over the course of the six matches.
Benson took his tally for the season to 10 goals by heading home against Harriers on Saturday – the forward’s fourth goal in as many games during December.
