The quarter-final match will be played on the 24th January
The Hatters have been drawn at home against Yeovil Town in the quarter-finals of the Checkatrade Trophy.
The game against the Glovers will be played at Kenilworth Road on Tuesday 24th January.
Town reached this stage of the competition by coming second in Southern Group H, going on to beat League One sides Swindon Town and Chesterfield.
