Gareth Owen's pictures from last night at the Auction House

The Luton Town End of Season & Kit Sponsors’ dinner took place at the Auction House last night with almost 350 people in attendance.

Along with manager Nathan Jones, his staff, first team and youth team squads - who posed for pictures with the people who have generously sponsored their kits during the 2016-17 campaign - club photographer Gareth Owen was there to capture the evening in pictures.

Compere John Ryan hosted the event, which included a tribute to youth team manager Paul Driver - who will be leaving Kenilworth Road at the end of the season - by one of the academy graduates from his six years at the club who is currently starring in the first-team, James Justin.

An auction was held in which 26-goal top scorer Danny Hylton’s mask – which the player of the year wore for much of the first half of the most prolific campaign of his career – helped raise another four-figure sum for club charity of the year, Level Trust.

There was also a question and answer session with Jones, his assistant Paul Hart, first-team coach Joaquin Gomez, goalkeeper coach Kevin Dearden, head of sports science Jared Roberts-Smith and Hatters legend Mick Harford, who is now, of course, an important part of the backroom staff in his role as chief recruitment officer.

After walking onto the stage to Heather Small's 'Proud', the manager ending the evening with a rousing speech outlining why he is so proud to be in charge of the club as we head into what we hope will be a successful Sky Bet League Two play-off bid - which kicks off this Sunday with the semi-final first leg trip to Blackpool.
