Luton Town pledge to raise £15,000 this year

It's a shocking statistic that 1 in 4 children in Luton live below the poverty line. The video above explains how Level Trust strive to help these children in a number of ways, including providing access to free school uniform and shoes.

Luton Town Football Club became the first platinum member of Level Trust's Team Pledge - committing to raise £15,000 this year in aid of their Luton based charity of the year.

Level Trust's director, Jane Malcolm, announced the scheme at their 'Uniform Exchange' in upper George Street. The idea behind the scheme is to reach out to local businesses and organisations a chance to formally engage with the charity by raising money for them throughout the year. In return, Level Trust will do all they can to help promote the partnership across the town.

Along with our pledge, a number of other local organisations have already signed as team members:

Spicer and Co: Silver Member (£1000)

Mail Boxes etc: Silver Member (£1000)

Treatz: Bronze Member (£250)

A-Plan: Silver Member (£1000)

Luton Rotary: Silver Member (£1000)
