If you are a subscriber to the Gold, Silver and Away packages and wish to change then you must first unsubscribe from your existing service and then sign up for your new service. This can be done by sending two text messages to 82222.

So, for example if you are a subscriber to Newcastle's Away service and wanted to change to their Gold service, here's what you would do

1. Send CLUB NUFC AWAY OFF to 82222 i.e. CLUB CLUBCODE PACKAGE OFF

and to sign up to the Gold service

2. Send CLUB NUFC GOLD ON to 82222 i.e. CLUB CLUBCODE PACKAGE ON
