The official seated capacity at Kenilworth Road is 10,073. Prior to the stadium becoming an all seater stadium in 1986, the ground was capable of holding in excess of 20,000 fans. The highest recorded attendance was 30,069 in the 1959 sixth round FA Cup replay against Blackpool.
There are 5 stands at Kenilworth Road:
- Kenilworth Stand
- Main Stand
- David Preece Stand
- Oak Road
- Executive Boxes (formerly the Bobbers Stand)
Formerly, the David Preece stand was the allocated seating area for families, but from 15/16 we recommend that families purchase tickets in the lower Kenilworth Road stand. If you're new to the ground, we recommend having a chat with the ticket office team - who'll be happy to help you find a seat that suits you.
Singing / Atmosphere
Kenilworth Road is famous throughout the country as an exciting and boisterous ground. Although there aren't designated 'singing sections' we'd recommend Blocks F and G of the main stand, or seats in the Oak Road end, where you're guaranteed plenty of atmosphere and noise.
Ticket Office and Shop
The ticket office and Club shop are situated at the Kenilworth Road end of the ground, directly in front of the stadium.
Supporters arriving at the other end of the ground (Maple Road / Dallow Road / Luton-Dunstable Busway) who need to collect tickets from the ticket office should walk down Oak Road, then along Beech Path to the Kenilworth Road end. This walk should take 3 - 4 minutes.
Your ticket will tell you which entrance to the ground you should use, please ensure that you allow enough time to find your seat ahead of kick off.
On matchdays, the Community Trust Office on the corner of Oak Road turns into a matchday store, stocking a great selection of gifts, souvenirs, replica shirts, hats, scarves and programmes.
