The Joe Payne Boardroom is named after our most prolific scorer, who netted 83 goals in just 72 appearances between 1934 and 1938 for Luton Town. It currently houses our Boardroom, which on matchdays accommodates all Home and Away Directors and provides our highest level of corporate hospitality. The Joe Payne is perfect for team meetings, presentations or interviews. This is our only executive suite that looks out into the Stadium and the Kenilworth Road Pitch, ensuring that it is flooded with natural light and provides a great setting for any business consultation.
The Joe Payne Boardroom contains a cash bar if required, selling soft drinks and provides a perfect serving station for teas, coffee or any of our lunch options you may wish to have. The suite is also air-conditioned and has plasma screens that are ideal for presenting, watching a DVD, or just catching up on Sky Sports news during a break in your day; we also have the option to provide you with an LCD Projector and mobile screen.

Our most popular room The Eric Morecambe Lounge is our largest capacity room with space for up to 130 people. This lounge is our most popular rental and is complete with plasma screens which are perfect for a presentation but also with the option of setting up the LCD projector and screen should they be necessary; this room also offers a strong WIFI connection provided free of charge. Skylights provide natural daylight to a room that accommodates Match and Match Ball Sponsors, along with other corporate hospitality guests on matchdays. The Lounge includes private toilet facilities plus a fully stocked cash bar should it be required.
The Eric Morecambe Lounge is filled with memorabilia from the Club’s past, allowing you to take a look at some of the trophies that Luton Town FC have accrued over the decades. With additional space to supply a full lunch from the serving hatch, direct from the Eric Morecambe kitchen, this lounge is the ideal place for a presentation, for staff training and for product launches.

John Moore Lounge

The John Moore Lounge is our most popular match day lounge with the fans, as it encapsulates all the history and achievements of the greatest players to grace the Kenilworth Road pitch. With honours boards commemorating international caps whilst at the Club and decorated with Clubs pennants from some of Europe’s best known clubs who have come up against the Hatters in the last 127 seasons. This classic lounge, which used to be the boardroom, is stacked with history and provides an informal meeting space whilst still providing an executive feeling that makes it an ideal setting for you and your colleagues.
Fitted with plasma screens which are perfect for a presentation but also with the option of setting up the LCD projector and screen should they be necessary; this room also offers a strong WIFI connection. The John Moore Lounge is served by its own private toilets and a full cash bar can be made available if required; there is also more than sufficient space to serve a hot or cold buffet for your guests.
